What We Offer

Blue heron Fly Fishing offers both wade and drift boat trips in central Maine. We strive to put our clients in a situation where we feel they will have a great day. While fishing is our primary goal, we feel a great day consists of a mixture of interesting flowers, wildlife, history and even the lighting conditions that nature offers! There should always be something new for us all to learn every day we spend out on the water!

Equipment is available for use on request. We fish top of the line Sage rods and Rio lines and leaders. Flies are always provided, although you are welcome to bring your own to try!

Shore lunch is prepared each day on the river for full day trips. Snacks and cold beverages are also provided.

We also offer fly fishing lessons as well as fly tying lessons along with slide shows for a presentation at your sporting group. Please contact us for more information.
